Payment Terms: Payment is due within thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice. If payment is not made within three days of the due date, a late fee of 1.5% of the invoice amount will be applicable. 

Please include the invoice numbers and your P.O. number when processing your payment. Any discrepancies should be reported within ten (10) days of receipt.

Acceptable Payment Methods: Check, Cashier’s Check, Cash, and or Bank Transfer. A 3% credit card fee if paid by credit card. Please make payment to: Chatsworth Grinding, Inc.

Return Check Fee, NSF: Rates are based on the bank institution fee of $25.  

Late Payment Fees: Payments received three (3) days after the due date will incur a late fee of 1.5%. Outstanding balances are subject to monthly interest charges at a rate of 1.5%.

Delivery of Goods & Services: Goods & services will be delivered as specified in the sales agreement/ Purchase Order (P.O.). Any changes must be agreed upon in writing or amended by client P.O. Communication by email/ text must have references to the P.O. number and will be accepted as it constitutes changes in the client P.O.

Cancellation Of Purchase Order. The customer may cancel the Purchase Order before machine set-up begins. Once the machine is set up, a 50% cancellation fee of the P.O. will be applied. For any parts in the grinding processing phase, 100% of the P.O. amount will be charged.

Suspension of Service: Chatsworth Grinding Inc reserves the right to suspend services or withhold future deliveries for accounts with outstanding balances.

Daily Storage Fee: $5 per day storage fee after 30 days of part completion notification to client by phone, email, or text. Parts shall be placed in our storage area. A daily storage fee will be applied to the client's invoice until the part is picked up. 

30-day After: Chatsworth Grinding, Inc. shall not be responsible for parts being lost or damaged after 30 days. 

Act of God: Chatsworth Grinding, Inc. shall not be liable for any breach of client P.O., caused by an Act of God; insurrection or civil disorder; war or military operation; national or local emergency; acts or omissions of government or other competent authorities, fire, lightning, explosions, floods, earthquakes, or outside Chatsworth Grinding control.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising after services are provided shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Collection: Collection agencies shall impose their service fee, attorney fees, court costs, and credit reporting fees, in addition to the unpaid client P.O.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Chatsworth Grinding, Inc. (aka Chatsworth Grinding Co.), and the customer regarding payment for goods or services provided.
